2. Hosting and server logs
The website is hosted by an external provider: IONOS SE, Elgendorfer Str. 57, 56410 Montabaur, Germany.
When you open the site, the host automatically records the data your browser transmits and stores it in server log files: IP address, date and time, the file requested, the amount of data transferred, your browser and operating system, and the referring page if transmitted.
Purpose: delivering the site, operational security and defending against
attacks.
Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR — legitimate interest in secure, error-free
operation.
Retention: log files are deleted after eight weeks at the latest.
This data is not combined with other sources and is not analysed to recognise individual visitors.
3. No cookies, no tracking
The site sets no cookies and loads no external resources — no third-party fonts, no analytics, no advertising networks, no embedded videos. There is no audience measurement and no profiling. No consent banner is therefore required.
A small script on the page compares your browser language setting with the available language versions and may show a hint. This happens entirely inside your browser: nothing is transmitted and no analysis takes place.
If you dismiss that hint, the page remembers it for the duration of your browser session (session storage) so it does not reappear. The only thing stored is the fact that you dismissed the hint. It is not transmitted and is deleted when you close your browser. Legal basis: § 25(2)(2) DDG — the storage is required to carry out the choice you explicitly made.
4. Links to social networks
The site links to profiles on Instagram, TikTok, X and Threads. These are plain links, not embedded content or provider buttons. No data is transmitted to those providers unless you click a link. If you do, that provider's privacy policy applies.
5. No contact forms
The site contains no form. If you email us, we process your details to handle your enquiry (Art. 6(1)(b) or (f) GDPR) and delete them once they are no longer needed.
6. Your rights
You have the rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection (Art. 15–21 GDPR), and the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
7. Changes
We update this policy when the website changes. The version published here is the one that applies.
